Secret Sunrise is a global movement which began in South Africa, and it now has thousands of fans in over 15 cities across the world and counting! We’re best known for encouraging people to jump out of bed in the morning and gather in open-air silent disco dance and meditation experiences - all before their 9 to 5 has begun.
Having built a loyal community of more than 50,000 people around the world, we now have a new mission: to shake up the corporate world and bring fresh energy to UK cities.
This is where BOOST comes in: a special corporate-friendly adaptation of the Secret Sunrise experience that flips team-building on its head and brings something completely new, yet desperately needed, to the work environment.
